Floral Candles

Herbal lotions, salves, and balms are easy to make and cost pennies! You can even use a number of plants you grow in your own yard for fragrance or skin nourishing additives. This free program will teach you how to make lotion - plus send you home with recipes and a sample. Seating is limited.  The library asks that you pre-register.

Soothing and relaxing herbal bath soaks, scrubs, and oils are easy to make and a delight to use. Dr. Soule discuss some of the science behind bath soaks and bath herbs, including discussion of some herbs you can grow in your yard. Then you will make one jar of your own herbal bath soak to take home. Seating is limited so the library requests that you pre-register.
